LeGlue & Company, CPAs (A Professional Corporation) was organized in January, 1994. Although recently organized, the firm offers a diversity of experience with the seven owners, each having over twenty years of accounting experience.

The firm consists of seventeen people, twelve professional employees (ten of which are CPAs) and five support personnel.

We have a diverse clientele base and many of these clients have been associated with the owners of the firm for over twenty years. We seek to establish long-term relationships with owners of closely held businesses.

In September of 2004, we completed our peer review under the guidelines established by the Securities and Exchange Commission Practice Section of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants which we received an unqualified report with no letter of comments. Copies of this report are available upon request.
